IMO The implimentation of the 10 recomendation is an uphill tasks for Lynas since the LAMP becoming a political issue in Malaysia. both state and federal Government are struggling politically the inspection likely to be very stringent.
Malaysia election is likely to be held over the next 18 months, can LAMP in full operation???? under such uncertainty.
What is the downside risk if LAMP delay further? How much lower will SP be?
