i sent lynas an email and asked a simple question:
Is the LAMP in production? Yes or No?
Lynas refused to answer that simple question directly.
here it comes, they answered:
Thank you for your email. On 4 July 2013, Lynas announced to the market that it was in compliance with all conditions of the TOL, including the submission of details regarding the Permanent Disposal Facility. These documents are currently being reviewed by the AELB
