Maybe they haven't repoered as it isn't up and running yet. You obviously don't remember how long it took to go from 90 - 100% with Stage 1. Whilst I would expect it to be shortened somewhat as they may know what to expect, it may only be 10 - 20% quicker. Suggest going back through past announcements to check how long it took last time, and then start worrying once we have exceeded that duration.
