Wasnt there an announcement some time ago that phase 2 wouldnt be completed until there were customers?
Maybe its sitting where it is because why commission it if there isnt any one to sell the product to. Maybe its all stop n point heating up kilns and the liked as it takes a week or more only to then shut it all down???
This could also explain why no announcements about customers because there isnt any????
