After the Fuziah started her soap opera, didn't NC say that they should have engaged more with locals?
May be after WE the cats (shareholders and owners of the company) open our eyes and boot out the mice (execs and board directors), then may be NC will say this time, that they should have engaged more with the shareholders.
Think it over. No better way to incentivise (new word invented by FRG when explaining the reason to issue performance shares after NC failed to reach the performance goals) than using the stick.
