I have been curious for a while now how MP Materials can operate in California, a notorious state for anti-pollution and very strict regulatory standards for everything from oil drilling to mining, to car exhaust limits to Coca-Cola can recycling.

My question was, how can MP Materials manage its trailings in California, and Lynas can not in Malaysia? Something is just not adding up, and as a resident of California, and also having some knowledge on concentrating water based fluids from their solids, i dug up this little nugget from an MP SEC filing, which is proof positive that LYC and our Malaysia LAMP, can safely concentrate, dispose, export, and even recycle the wayer from our C&L process in Malaysia.

As i wrote about a month ago, it is the same process as turning fresh into powdered milk. just make it ANHYDROUS. Lynas is not going into this announced hearing with its hat in hand. There will be no begging. This issue of our license will be easily negotiated. Please see for yourselves. DYOR GLTA
