Every thing said above is true. It ignores one important fact. NC started trying to do codicil over 10 years ago. They still cannot make it work. As a stock holder I see this as a medium size problem that impacts stock price. Because of elapsed time I will assume Lynas will not make it work very soon. when I see progress then I will change my opinion. Why it is not working is unimportant regardless if it is technical or political.
Same goes for NEXT it has been 5 years and they are still at name plate. I will use 6000 T NdPr in my calculations until I see better. Again it does not matter if it was Covid, Water, or Politics I can only use 6000 till they prove they can do better.
