No, it is NOT fully operating or it would be producing 918tpm in addition to 600tpm or 700tpm which LAMP 1 is producing, and there wouldn't be any need for capital raisings and JARE would be happy.

Except that Lynas can't sell the stuff, as per the comments on P.6 of the Financial Report; "there is still work to be done in all areas of the business, particularly development of sales opportunities."

Which is really weird, as we've been told for getting on for a decade now that Lynas can sell all it produces - and EN was still promoting that even as finished goods inventories were rising!
