I feel sorry for those that bought last year in the expectation of a near term nyse listing.

Management made a clear statement with a clear timeline which was price sensitive and was worded in such a way that there was little risk in the listing being achieved. Mum and dads make investment decisions on that kind of information.

I think jpm sold a chunk in the subsequent rally.

You would like to think mgt weren't pressured into making the nyse announcement by jpm.

Timing now "uncertain"...God knows how much cash they have burnt on this exercise.
