I imagine that there would have been some talks with drilling companies, im not sure how long it will take though, to actually get the drill in the ground. Personally im not too worried about the time it will take to begin, but i would like the company to come out with an announcement with an excate date of spud, then i will sit much more comfortably.
I think the problem is that we will have to deal with alot of differnt government departments that probably all want there cut also to make the process run smoothly. It would be good to find out who the land owners of said tennament are. Anyone have an idea, what the best way to go about finding this information would be?
