The issue of land access is being deliberated over obviously. Here’s some documents regarding the rights of explorers in negotiations for access. Given antimony is a critical mineral and the government is taking a relaxed look at these priority minerals I think this bodes well for TMG. TMG have presented themselves as prioritising minimising environmental damage and have shown they are able to fulfill this by their recent restoration of a previous project back to its previous state. Hopefully negotiations go smoothly but it is not just a case of land owner says no and it’s game over. There is a legal process TMG can go down to gain access. So I’m optimistic given the strong demand for antimony that we will be granted access in the near term as Jonathan King put it in the webinar.
