    SXH has announced the purchase of land holdings adjacent to Sunday Creek for SXG shares making the seller of the land a substantial shareholder in SXG.

    I sincerely doubt that this land acquisition will not be an extremely valuable asset and that it will also maintain the industry leading success rates that SXG has already achieved, given that SXG has ensured that the seller will be a substantial shareholder in SXG post transaction.
