Thanks for everyone's input! Not sure my questions have been fully answered, but all goes to putting the story together? For me, the Rex story is now as much about the company structure as it is about the project(s). In reality, with over $100 million in the kitty they can do whatever thay like!
IMO, this company at a around a $3 sp is primed for a take-over. It's a slightly different scenario, but have a look at what happened to Andean! Their capital structure was nevert as tight as Rex's.
