Thanks for these information @Tattiebinger. What's surprising is that their average rental income per week seems to be similar to the 3 other ones for the lifestyle business, with an average rent/week of around 210 $/week*.
If I am not wrong, one difference between Eureka and the 3 other ones is that most of Eureka villages offer "all inclusive rents, usually including meal services". This is booked separately to the rent indicated above. I don't know how many residents takes these "all inclusive rents".
* using their total rental income FY 24 of 29.3 m$ and the number of units at 30/6/24 (2,835 units) and 30/6/23 (2,551). So the rent/week I calculate may be misleading if the rental income does not include all the rents from the owned, managed, JV and managed funds.
