Exactly, land ownership is enforced by state power. That's welfare, that's my point. People choose to oppose what they see as free money or welfare or an Unconditional Basic Income, and then these same people choose not to see land ownership (or exclusion from land use) as ongoing or perpetual in the same way. If I'm excluded from using your land today and then excluded again tomorrow and everyday thereafter, that is ongoing and perpetual. You say people work and make sacrifices to buy property, well they can't work if the work is not there. The Basic income is necessary to create the work after all the land and property has been absconded with, and government has abolished or is abolishing the social contract or truce.
