Its a good point.

The concept of "fairness measures" which redistribute savings from the rich to the poor could be extended to land ownership.

These damn Kulaks should have their land given to groups of people who could use it together. We could call these Collectives. The Collectives could be run by the group who work on it.

I am surprised no one thought of this before.
