Then when you acquire land, you choose not to see that this title is also given by state power and is also welfare. Do you imagine that your property title still holds in the absence of state power? If the state apparatus is abolished tonight do you imagine that you will still have property tenure in the morning?
Your property title or your rentier profits if you lease it out are due to state power and therefore these are welfare benefits, whether or not you choose to see it this way.
