Hey, given all of the price & sale slide,excess stock-resid used & new homes et c etc...would anyone/does anyone have an insight into the plight for land costs for the next 1,2 to 5 years ????

The Govt duty,costs & red tape (given reduced volumes) &
The Land bank phenomenum... whats its future????
