Logic does say that if existing dwellings continue the price fall - price & costs on land could also fall.....
On the other hand,
Given the presure on Tradies,reno's & prices on existing including forced sales, buyers may get what they beleive to be a "lifetime bargain", thus prices on land remain unchanged, as land & new becomes attractive (again), due mainly to the shortage of work for the trades...
Developers (new) would have to be severely restricted by the risks in this environment you would think! ?
