Clearly this can't be sustainable but land sales in Perth have gone from 60 per week to 500 per week.

If it takes 3 or so months between buying the land and start of construction, then this could be perfect for FBR to get some builders utilising waas even if they are reluctant. It would give FBR 3 more months to get H1 complete and bugs ironed out. If each machine can do 3 houses per week, this is not even a scratch on the overall demand.
We need more machines.
