    You should be able to Google it up.

    To date I have only had to pay it once.
    We sold our primary residence and kept leasing it until our new house was built on the 65 acres we purchased. (Vacant land).

    House wasn't even started and we got hit for around $4000.
    So,.....they give you a time period and that was 2yrs.However, due to the planning and house size etc, it wasn't completed in 2yrs.
    Hence they backed charged us for the 2yrs gone and moved our 2yr timeframe ahead.

    But,..........because out Daughters house is in our names (protection), that which was previously exempt, came into the picture, hence we had to pay for that as well.

    We are now under contract for 2 NRAS units, as of yet I have not worked out, what each ones land value will be?
    I'm expecting we will go over the limit = Bugger.

    When the ex premier Barnette was in power, the buggers doubled this land tax.
