Anyone got a handle on the development application. I can't find it anywhere.
Anyone got a view on the value of the land if the development application is granted, or better conditions negotiated as per the last half earnings call?? AI has given me a far-out estimate based on the value of residential land in the surrounding suburbs, but my understanding is it zoned industrial or something like that.
Any directions toward where I could find the answer would be appreciated. The reports seem remarkably quiet about the prospects for any future use or development.
