TWE have many valuable acres of Green Wedge Zoned Farm land holdings on Maroondah Highway Coldstream at Coldstream Hills Estate , however, Amendment C148 as proposed by Yarra Ranges Council will see their land holdings have a new Significant Landscape Overlay slapped on the title which may further restrict the use of land in future years in the event of a Wine price glut or collapse.
Anyone care to comment on how much money the banks have lent on these affected properties and by what percentage security prices might be affected ?
