The fees paid to these two guys by CCC are highlighted in today's AFR. The tone of the article suggests the fees are excessive, without actually saying as much.
Does not make for great reading as a shareholder, accompanied by Conti's dreadful share price graph sitting next to Ranges Resources equally poor graph. Not likely to inspire much confidence in the reputation of this pain in the a*** stock.
The article reflects the sentiment of many previous posts made here in the last year or two that suggest the Directors are being overly remunerated at the expense of, and with scant regard for, shareholders.
Unfortunately, I am a long term holder. I have, however, learned some valuable lessons from being involved both with CCC and NKP.
The article reflects my serious disappointment with Director performance on SH's behalf.
