To date - no one - rampers and non rampers - cannot come up with a better solution than the NAG ponds to dispose of 1.4 million tonnes from the Metro Rail and let us not forget the 200,000 tonnes of PASS from the Transurban project.

I mainly thought it would be price driven but you're right that keeping that borer turning keeps the tunnel on schedule and guarantees of seamless removal of the dirt would out-way price to a large extent. Makes me think they will look at more than one supplier for this, or at least one supplier with multiple solutions.
