NAG's will either get a part of the PASS business or it won't. I'm sure there is much more going on behind the scenes than anyone on here is privy too and my comments aren't intended to sway anyone for or against from investing. It's a risky business so we all need to have our eyes wide open, especially to claims on forums.

Have read a few of the comments you mentioned, some are just crap talk and some may have a basis, but in the end it's a matter of selling at 3 - 4c or seeing how the tenders go later. I'm happy to see how the tenders go later.
