I was at the pond site on the 4th of this month, I did notice that there where a lot more bags at the site, then when I last visit the site early in the year.
When I last visit the site, there was about 300 odd bags beside the road, it looks like that there are upwards of between 600-800 more bags there by the road now.
The photo below is of my earlier visit to the pond site.
Now the photo below was taken on the 4th of this month, as you can see there is a lot more bags now, then on the early photo which I took in February.
Hopefully soon an announcement will be out regarding the issue with Frank.
