Astronomers estimate the number of planets in the visible universe at 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000. (10 to the power of 22) That's ten thousand million, million, million.
That number is so big, it is physically impossible to comprehend it.
We have yet to put a human on our first planet.!!!
I think it was Stephen Hawking who said, "if we don't get of earth in the next hundred years, we won't be getting off."
I firmly beleive the americans, europeans, chinese, russians etc need to stop squabbling and cooperate. Get a moon base up and running, get a colony settled on mars. Inspire our children with vision. Give the human race a dream worth working for.
