Easier to sell the property and get 5% bank interest. I've just sold a commercial property and I'm getting more in interest and no GST and no tax to pay. Why put up with tenants.
I was at my residential rental property the other day, two females with their two dogs pushed through the front door and one dropped her coffee onto the front foyer carpet. Mopped it up with a tissue and walked off. Now stained. They were new tenants who'd just started in a downstairs unit a few weeks ago. Thankfully their big dogs didn't sh*t on the front foyer carpet. Yet.
