I definitely will be performing my own inspections every 3 months from now on, I can longer trust property managers. I have found that property managers are very young and have minimal building experience and tend to focus on aesthetics and overlook some of the technical details so to speak.
This is the first time its been reported.
Had termite treatment carried out a few years ago, but found out from neighbours recently that the area is prolific to termites. Had a good look around the neighbourhood was surprised to how many trees, light poles and wooden fences had been attacked by termites. It appears the council has been somewhat slack treating the trees and light poles as well.
