the impression i'm collecting is that relations in general between landlords and
tenants are inverting. the boot is going from the landlord's foot
to the tenant's. with RFF we've got breathing space with tenants committed for
over a decade. but rental terms in the interim might be more favourable to new tenants.
trends like this can take years to complete.
