it is happening already in retail and home rental markets. extrapolation: rural
rentals are likely to be affected. on top of which beef and other food exports
have the antics of the Chinese Communist Party to contend with.
CBA is expecting home properties and apartments to shed up to 30% of value over
coming years.
maybe rural rents will get through all this unscathed, then again perhaps not.
