I actually agree that plenty of money is made in property.
People like Alan Bond accelerate things greatly with corruption to get zonings changed quickly. This is how he got his start. The Virgin boss got his start by illegally avoiding sales tax to get an advantage over his competition.
However, those who do things legally admit that shares do better than property when both are done well by experts. Musk had zero $$ in property when making his early fortune. As Warren says it is actually a brake on things when you know what you are doing.
Bond risked jail to make great %'s quickly. Others use large scale to make $$ but the %'s are not high.
