Lol now you are talking 15 to 20 years allot can happen in that time. Point still stands as bad as thing are out there currently for some the demand us still high from others.
As for me selling I have a buy and hold forever strategy and the kids will ultimately inherent until then I have nice income streams coming in for when i retire
