The system sucks but you either adapt or get left behind. There's too many vested interests for a reset to ever happen. Look at the current immigration numbers it's a clear strategy to prop up the market. Creates enough demand to swallow up any distressed selling.

Is a tiny fibro shack on a bit of land really worth 1.4 million dollars? What could you do with the money instead?
