Tesla's share price is irrational and not linked to any fundamentals PE is still over 60 and it's not an aggressive growth play any more. It's still up on where it was 6 months ago when fundamentals were better. The price recently surged on nothing when it was obvious to anyone profits would decline as they've heavily discounted the Model 3 & Y in a bidding war with BYD and other chinese manufacturers.
There is still too much dumb money floating around the economy off the back of Covid stimulus, solid reason why rates need to stay at the rates for a reasonable time period imo to flush a lot of this out.
