Now I am diverting my funds to bank shares due to reliability of dividends.

If investors are the main sellers then we would be seeing an increase in home ownership rates

But the opposite is happening so what you say doesn’t add up again…. Especially with the younger people

home ownership rates are at all time lows ie fewer people own more of the property which means investors
