Same old problem "the government cannot conduct business"
In Qld a lot of housing Com homes were handed over to Real Estate Agents to manage, and the problem here is that most PS are labor/union supporters and will not do the hard work to manage the homes as the tenants must be protected at all costs
This has resulted in the Government exiting from the rental market and leaving it to the private landlords
