    It is the attitude of most which is at fault

    Had a tenant phone me one Friday afternoon to say the plaster in the bathroom roof had fallen down
    So I went there and the H.W service was in the area above the bathroom ( storage electric unit) and had developed a leak and the tenant was demanding that it be fixed as they could not use the bathroom

    I asked him how long had the ceiling plaster been getting wet and dropping, it started getting wet about a week and a half ago he said!
    So I told him I would get it fixed sometime next week and if he wanted to use the bathroom he should get a bucket and mop and clean it up because I was not going to do it.


    And if he had rung me when the ceiling was getting wet, all the damage that he had caused would not have occurred

    Although I enjoyed my time in Real Estate it did change me as the majority of people lied and cheated

    When money is involved don't trust anyone
