    The CER 100x claim

CER listed 17Aug05traded at $1.49 rose to over $2.00 in the next year then over the years droppedto ~ 2 cents and last traded at 32 cents before being delisted. CER underwent arestructure 2Dec11 and the result was a new entity which traded as CRF. HoweverCER security holders were entitled to; 1 CRF security for every5.29 CER securities.

5.29 CER shares for 1 CRFshare in the new entity,

That’s how many CERshares you needed to be entitled to 1 CRF share when CER was delisted and toppedout at 32 cents and entered a restructure.

It’s a horrible deception that CER went from 2 cents to $2.00----it didn’t!----aftermany issues CER was delisted and stopped trading at 32 cents. Arestructure took place and a new entity CRF was created.

CRF traded between ~$1.80-$2.10 but the deception in the story doesn’tmention that CER shareholders had to give up 5.29 shares in CER toget 1 CRF share.

    The 100x is a nonsense…

It’s more like 2x if you look at blastoff’s (prev nic) posts where hewas buying between 8.5 and 13 cents and sold <32 cents and took no part inthe restructured company.

blastoff (nippy) bought CER between 8.5 cents and 15.0 cents and soldless than 32.0 cents, he did indeed fight with buffett, who wasn’t a heart, andmanaged to get a whole thread shut down in the process.
