Well there can't be too much in it because you've said you can't afford to buy. Why gamble? I hope it comes off for you, I truly do... but reading your posts it seems like you've got a wee bit of a gambling issue, hope isn't a good strategy. Take yourself off to TAFE and give yourself a decade to get a house. The time is going to pass anyway isn't it?
