Dichead property investors over committed, causing pain for the tenants.
I’ve rented the unit I’m in for 13 years and the owner has never increased the rent once, because she wants a reliable tenant and always planned she could afford the mortgage with the rent I pay if interest rates increased to 7%, only them my rent might go up 5%.
