Bracket creep. $350,000 land value has never been adjusted ..if over you are now paying land tax...

2 years ago not an issue.

Most will get caught up in this...where do you buy land (not out the back of shit ville) under $350,000

One of my properties, land tax increased by $6,000 pa.....

Guess who is going to wear these increased costs. The consumer....

Wait for another round of rent rises.
