My story is almost identical..... nothing for me to complain about. But at the same time I recognize the massive change in macro economics around property in Aus. if you believe in the concept of housing bubbles then we are in the mother of all property bubble, all the indicators and data tell us that in no uncertain terms.
I feel very sorry for the "sooks" as they are now on a very different playing field to what we had.
