My Millennial kids are 22, 20 and the youngest still at school. They are kicking ass. 22 y/o has his first home through saving and investing, 20 y/o a lovely 25k+ portfolio of BHP, James Hardy, NAB, and some REIT'S. She started investing at the commencement of the inflation bubble and has doubled her cash. They have a great group of friends, play sports and are more switched on than most. No smashed avo, or cafe latte for them.
