Yep spot on. Mr NO BALLS is even judging my kid who got his apprenticeship at 17 and saved for his own home as well as buying all of his own tools, ute and is a fully set up Chippy. I am called simple because I am a tradie, have been in the same business for 30 years (albeit often with 2 jobs), and I don't conform to the victim mentality. I practice discipline and sound investment methods and don't ask for a cent from government nor blame everyone else if I don't achieve something. But hey I am still 'simple'.....just a dumbass Tiler who left school before being kicked out. lol Makes me prouder every day to have diversified my investments into a 'leech landlord'.
