I only bought it in December. So I am a baby leach at the moment. Nice place though, and better than the shack I am in.
I have a mortgage but the plan is to use half my investments and super at retirement to pay it off. I have always been into blue chip stocks and REITs, so this diversification is new to me.

Is the rent a reflection of the price you paid for the rental house, in other words at least half the rental houses were purchased years ago when prices were a fraction of today's prices

eg :- So if you paid 100K for your rental house and charge more than $300 per week you are a leech

It is all just a case of moral standards ----- you either have them or you don't
