There is no gouging.

Rents are returning less than 3% before tax and there's many risks involved being a landlord. Rents are returning a couple of percent less than fixed rates with no risk, comparatively speaking!

That is for people who purchased this year what is the return for those who purchased in the year 2000

Residential rents have always been a poor return in Australia and without CG and NG would always have been a bad investment
