Hi Rona142, I agree lower interest rates because you are only hurting people indebt, then lift land tax on residential property valued over say 2 million, exemptions of course for farms , parks, factories & office space, places that make something.
The land tax would free up so much property and stop tenants being wedged into a life of renting.
