my house cost $1m.....
bank charge me 6 percent... thats $60k on interest only....
rent is $650... = $34k....
thats not including...
agency 5 percent....
insurance.. $2k yearly...
repairs around 5 to 10 percent....
water service $800.....
council rate $2500..
so...... im losing money....
please tell me why im a leach???
